Living with Captain Kirkland
Part 1
~~~~~~
Warning: A bit of teasing of stereotypes and such. Don't like don't read, but hey you got use to it since you are reading a Hetalia fic. Kinda is like that... Sorta...
I always been fascinated by things like magic and pirates. I always thought it was just something to tell kids when they go to bed, but who knew it was real... It all started when I was just a teen. During my first year of high school my friends and I decided to see the pirate exhibit they had at the museum. It was show casing old artifacts of a long ago pirate: Captain Arthur Kirkland.
It's strange, I mean no one knows what happened to the young pirate after a storm. But whatever it was, they say he drowned. My friends and I were running about looking at everything, amazed at the discoveries sailors found of the coast of the West Indies.
"Let's go swashbuckling with some scurvy dogs, ya'll!" I exclaimed.
"Oh so we're doing accents now?" (friend 1) asked.
"Then we should talk like this!" (friend 2) said in a high pitched British voice.
We laughed and started running around saying other things. The last thing we visited was the replica of the Bloody Rose. It was made out of wood like the actual thing and had red on the railings and part of the detail. It looked as if it was worn from years on the seas, but it was just effects. I looked around and found a picture of a blonde wearing a eye patch, covering one of his jade coloured eyes. He had long hair tied back into a ponytail under his tricorn hat.
Captain... was the one word to describe the confident pirate.
That was how I decided to see more of the world. I wanted to learn more of the past and decided to become an archeologist. After grad I moved to London, England and got into the (University) there from an International scholarship back in (country). I was currently staying with my mom's friend while I was here for a year. But hey, least they're not around and are visiting (country) for a year, leaving the house in my care.
At the moment I was once again visiting the Tower of London. I have visited London once, but that was a while back. It looked a bit the same to me, stone everywhere. Cobblestone roads and pathways, stone buildings with a bit of burnt sides. Most of all wooden beams, flooring and walls.
"Lovely isn't it, miss," a staff member said to me.
I couldn't see clearly but they were wearing what seemed to be a medieval costume from the catapult launch from earlier.
"Yeah... it's so cool," I said, in awe, "if only history would tell us their hidden stories..."
"I see... well you never know there's lots of magic in London," they said, "you just have to know where to look."
I nodded turning around, but the staff member was nowhere to be found. I got that weird vibe like something was going to happen, but nothing did. Shrugging, I left. I had time to kill, since it was mid-day. I heard there's a nice cafe close by.
I was in one of London's old walkways made of cobblestone and bricks. It was near the Thames and it was a bit dark, except for the sunlight at each end. On the other side I noticed a man wearing a pirate outfit. He seemed to be lost and confused. I feel as if I seen him somewhere, but where?
Isn't it a bit early for Halloween, either way? Possibly came from a party no doubt.
"Hey!" I called out, running across the street. I then heard a loud honk and headlights coming straight at me. I squeaked and ran to the other end, jumping. I then felt myself bump into him.
"You can be quite cruel for a captain. You're not going to stay with her? She's still in your room." Vladimir said while he's drinking rum as Arthur stared down and ignore his question. Arthur believes that he's gonna be haunted by Davy Jones for what he did to you as he started to thinking about your reaction after he kissed you. He just couldn't get out of his mind. Now he thinks that you might be scared of him.
"What have I done...?" he thought himself while he looked at night view, just as he remembered about that night when you and Arthur talked to each other alone for first time before the Turkish Gang attacked.
"Okay Arthur. What did y
I was holding up a sword to my father's neck, about to slice him. I had it with him abusing me all the time! Whenever he got home, I was always hit, smacked, punched, and more! He would even take a knife a slice my arms or waist. I even have the scars to prove it and ever since mom died from him abusing her, he started with me. I wasn't going to take it anymore and I adored the fear in his dark, blood red eyes. I chuckled slightly and said to him, "Well well well, It is had for me to believe that my father is scared of his own daughter who he has beaten up and sliced and much much much more! You discuss me so much, I remember that day where I
You couldn’t contain your displeasure at the monotony of the entire extravagant affair. You yawned, covering your mouth, and leaned over to Naomi.
“I wish we didn’t have to attend. It’s not like anyone’s going to want to join in an alliance with us.”
Naomi, sweating a bit from the lights of the chandeliers, tried not to look desperate as she fanned herself. “Don’t be so hard on yourself, dear; I’m sure someone will want to make an associate of Saint Kitts.”
You exhaled, trying to get in the path of the air her fan was taking. “Of
