Living with Captain Kirkland
Pirate!EnglandxReader
Part 3
~~~
WARNING: HISTORY ABOUT 1588 AND SPANISH ARMADA! MIGHT BE INACCURATE THOUGH! IDK....
~~~
"______! Go! Hurry!"
Wait, what is this scene? What's happening? I watched myself to one end of the ship. Was I bleeding? I watched the other me have red shining and oozing out of my side, spreading like wide fire. My left hand was holding onto my right shoulder. Above was dark clouds seemed like it was plainly raining too. No winds, nothing to danger anyone except for the fighting around me, er us.
"Go! Take care of yourself!" Someone shouted, a Brit most likely.
"B-but what about you!?" I heard the other me say.
"We'll be together again, have faith, love. I can take care of the Frog," the man said, "just go!"
I watched as I looked into the water and jumped into the dark depths. I ran over to the side after myself and saw it form. I blinked, what happened to me? I mean, her? She just disappeared.
"______!"

My (e/c) eyes flashed open. I jerked up and noticed I was in bed, in my room. No longer on a massive pirate ship but a small room with a desk, drawer, closet and a few noticeable belongings of mine. I groaned.
'What was that?' I thought.
I didn't even get a fine look of the man. I could only remember the sound of his voice, it was so familiar. The sun was high and shone bright through my curtains. I should start my search for Captain Jerkhead now. I kinda decided to give him that nickname after how rude he was to me before.

~~~
"Great, no sign of him," I sighed and continued my walk.
I thought I would find the smartass pirate if I to walk in the same area, but nothing.
"Where can I find a stupid pirate anyways!?" I exclaimed.
"Looking for someone, lass?"
"Yeah, I'm looking for some stupid pirate who thinks he knows London, even in a different goddamn time period!" I ranted.
"Is that so?"
"Yes," I told the person, I know talking to strangers is bad but this guy seemed familiar.
"So you're calling me an idiot then?"
"You? I wasn't talking about you," I said before turning to see Captain Kirkland himself.
"Ok, now that I know it's you, yes," I replied.
"Have you ever been to school or what?" I asked him.
"Yes I have, wench," he said, "at least I know more than you."
I rolled my eyes, "at least I know more math than you, and some science and world history."
"Oh really? Do tell, what is the Spanish Armada?"
"Spanish Armada was brought to attack Queen Elizabeth in 1588," I said, "she had her own army attack them on the sea and won. It was because of her sister, Queen Mary's husband's descendent who wanted England to become Catholic again and be part of Spain."
Arthur raised his brow in curiosity. Even like that they were like caterpillars or something.
"What?"
"Close, it started in 1585, but the attack was indeed in 1588. But it was all because of King Phillip II who wanted to take Queen Elizabeth off the throne so it can help him gain control of the English channel to stop the protestants in Netherlands, who was helped by Queen Elizabeth," Arthur said, "also he was quite ticked off by the raids of some taking his silver from his ships in the west indies."
"Let me guess, it was you right?" I asked him.
"Close it was many pirates, though I was actually helping Sir Francis Drake," he replied, "you know a reason why we won was that we actually tried to sink their ship, where as they wanted to capture it. So there's your history lesson for the day."
I watched as he walked away. I tried to process what he said, would that mean he was from the 1600's or still from the late 1500's? While I was thinking I watched him walk off. Oh no, he doesn't!
"Hey Cap!" I called out to him, "ya'll not going anywhere like that!"
I tugged on his coat's collar, making him stop. He turned and glared at me.
"Oh? So what should I wear?" He asked me.
I smiled and grabbed his wrist. I gave him a sarcastic laugh ((Kinda like Maya's from 'Girl Meets World'))
"You're coming with me."
~~~
It was really amusing getting him to H&M on Regent Street. I mean, we had to take the Tube. Man, was he freaked! It was hilarious. But hey, it worked... sorta. We walked in and searched around the store for some clothes.

"Why are we here again?" he asked me, leaning against the wall.
"Because you can't go around looking like that," I said, pushing some clothes.
The hangers screeched a bit in the process.
"What's wrong with what I wear?" He asked.
"Hm, let me guess; everything!"

I soon found a few items that might suit him. I mean for a pirate he looked like a normal 23 year old in the modern era, tall and lean with a bit of muscle.

"Ok Captain of Nothing, try this on," I said giving him a few clothes before ushering him into the change room.
"I am Captain of the Bloody Rose for your knowing," he huffed.

"Awww what a cute couple," an assistance said.
Was my face heating up? 'Cause I felt my (s/c) cheeks become red to my ears.
"What? No, we're just friends," I replied.
She nodded before guiding Arthur and I to a spot. Luckily it was in a different wing. I mean it was a long hall and then a turn to a different area.
"Dude, I got a question for you," I asked, quietly.
I'm just lucky it was already loud in the store, even with the music playing.
"Aye?"
"You're wearing something underneath those right?" I asked, not wanting to say anything further.
"Underneath what?"
"Your pants or leggings or whatever," I replied.
Nothing. I sighed and pulled out a pair of Doctor Who boxers and tossed it over the door.
"You're just lucky I have these with me,  Assbucket," I said.
"Oh? So now this? You hurt me, love."
"You're welcome," I said, "you take of your bottoms and put those on by the way."

~~~
It took a while before I heard him.
"I might need some help with this," I heard him say.
Figures... I heard him unlock the door and I walked in. It actually fitted the two of us. I looked and saw him in the Doctor Who boxers and the shirt I handed to him, it was a dark blue with a pirate ship made of words. I thought it would actually suit him.
"How do you wear these?" Holding up the black jeans I gave him.
I laughed a bit.
"Really? Ok sure," I said, "you just pull them up from your feet and then zipper and button it."
I'm just lucky he figured it out the first time I explained it. All in all he looked like an attractive punk, even with the jacket I gave him.
"I'll go now," I said, "try the other outfit I gave you, kay?"
I left the room and walked out. I went into the woman's section and wondered around the clothes, funny how it was right beside the change rooms.
~~~
(Arthur's POV)
This era was such a wonder to me. I never thought things like this could happen, it frightened me a bit. The great Captain, Arthur Kirkland afraid? Never, but now I'm starting to think I might. I have never experiences things like this so might be.
Yet, that girl was being so kind to me, while I try to push her away. Even now I don't want her to help, she still does but calls me rude things. A confusing one, she is. But I also forgot to ask her name. I peeked out the door and noticed she wasn't there.
I walked up to the front and asked her if she seen the girl I was with. She nodded.

"Oh, she's over there by the dresses if you wanted to know," the woman asked.
I thanked her before walking over to the wench.
"Hello there," I greeted her.
"Hey Captain Hook," she greeted me. Was that sarcasm dripping just now?
"What are you doing?" I asked.
"Looking at clothes," I heard her say.
"Are you planning on something?" I asked.
"No."
"Why not?"
"Because I'm not a slut," she replied.
I scanned the place and noticed a nice dress. White, with floral patterns. The skirt was quite high, never expected to see that before. But it is a different time. It also had thin straps attached.
"Oi, wench!" I called to her.
She glared at me with her (e/c) eyes.
"Don't call me that," she said.
"Why not?" I asked, "I don't know your name after all."
She sighed, "name's ______," she said, "______ ______, usually called (nickname)."
'That name...' I thought.
"______ will be fine, I don't understand the whole second name ideal," I said.
"Well, I already gave you a nickname, well more than one you British Jerk of Jerks," she said.
My eyes widened.

"Hahaha! You're interesting you British jerk of jerks!"

She reminded me so much of her, yet that name was something my baby brother use to call me.
"What are you staring at?" She asked.
"Nothing," I said, "why don't you try this on?" I asked holding the dress in front of her.
"No way," she said.
"Only fair, you made me dress like this, you have to wear something as well."
"Isn't my clothes normal enough!?" She exclaimed, looking at herself.
"Well I want to see you in that."
I heard her sigh in defeat, taking the dress from me.
"Fine, but I'll choose another outfit, kay?" She then walked off.
Such an interesting person. I wonder if she could be her... most likely not.

~~~
(Your POV)
"Stupid Captain," I grumbled, looking around the store.
I am never one for skirts or dresses, or anything girly but I might as well try it. I looked around and noticed a white laced skirt. I decided to try it. I mean I had a black sweater on with stars on it so might as well. I went into the change room and gotten the room across from Arthur.
I then heard a knock.
"You ready to show me?" I heard the Brit Captain ask.
"Hold on!" I replied.
I took off my jeans and pulled on the skirt. I opened the door to show him.
"So?"
"Very nice," he replied, "let me see the skirt."
I rolled my eyes and walked back into the room to change. I came out in the dress he gave me. I felt so... feminine! Well, minus the boots... but still!
"You look lovely."
"Yeah, well I'm just buying your stuff."
With that I gone back to change into my normal clothes.
~~~
I paid for Arthur's items and also gotten the skirt. At least it looked good on me. I even got Arthur to wear his clothes out instead of that pirate get-up of his.
"So where to now?" he asked.
I thought for a moment. The day was still young, and it was already lunch.
"Now about having lunch then sightseeing?" I suggested.
"I like that plan, love," he said.
"Gee, a true Brit," I said before going to eat.
Yay! Ok So yeah.... Idk if I should have put in a warning or not. Tell me if I should or shouldn't. And hey! You get to help Captain Kirkland here adjust to life in 2014 ^^ Have fun with that! XD But yeah... I actually got this idea in a dream, especially the first part. Ok later guys!
